Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 7 October 2026
This policy covers every purchase of virtual items in the games published by Sun Game Studio ("we", "us"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, including King Teen Patti. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any virtual item, including chips, diamonds, hammers, missiles, badges, profile pictures, table pictures, card backs, emojis and other in-game content. This applies to items you have used and items you have not, to a change of mind, and to chips lost in play.
2. No cancellations
Virtual items are delivered to your account instantly once your payment succeeds, so an order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed.
3. Virtual items have no cash value
Virtual items cannot be redeemed for real money, withdrawn, sold or transferred, and they have no value outside the game. See section 4 of our Terms of Service.
4. Purchases through Google Play or the App Store
Purchases made inside our apps are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store under their own terms. We do not issue refunds for these purchases. Any refund that Google or Apple decides to grant under its own refund policy is handled entirely by that store, and requests for one go to the store, not to us. If a store refunds a purchase, we may remove the items that purchase delivered from your account.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but the items did not reach your account, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, write to support@sungamestudio.com within 7 days with your order ID and your Player ID (shown in the game's Friends page). We will credit the missing items to your account. Where a payment did not complete, or a duplicate charge was taken, the amount is reversed to your original payment method by your bank or payment provider, normally within 5–7 working days.
6. Account deletion or closure
Deleting your account, or its closure for a breach of our Terms of Service, does not entitle you to a refund for any purchased items, used or unused.
7. Your rights under law
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
